NBU - e-Registries List assesed according to legislative requirements

N O T I C E !

     Products for Qualified Electronic Signature certificated by NSA must be used for the usage of mentioned below e-Registries for Qualified Electronic Signature verification of received electronic document and for the creation of Qualified Electronic Signature by e-Registry.

1. TrustPort eRegistry version 2.0

     The NSA issued a statement about conformity according to generally binding regulation in 31^st August 2004 in accordance with Article 24, part 7 of the Act no. 215/2002 Coll. on Electronic Signature. The statement was issued on the basis of submitting the application of company AEC Bratislava s. r. o., Pribinova 25. 819 02 Bratislava for product certification for the electronic signature „TrustPort eRegistry“ version 2.0 in 12^th August 2004.
     Product „TrustPort eRegistry”, version 2.0 can be used as the Electronic Registry in accordance with Article 6 of the Regulation no. 542/2002 Coll. on the manner and procedure of using an electronic signature in commercial and administrative intercourse in compliance with limitations and using of conditions that are part of the certificate.

2. Electronic Registry version 3.0

     The NSA issued a statement about conformity according to generally binding regulation in 7^th February 2005 in accordance with Article 24, part 7 of the Act no. 215/2002 Coll. on Electronic Signature. The statement was issued on the basis of submitting the application of company PVT, a. S. Kovanecká 30/2124, 190 00 Praha 9 – Libeň, the Czech Republic for product certification for the electronic signature „Electronic Registry” version 3.0 in 10^th August 2004. 
     Product „Electronic Registry version 3.0” can be used as the Electronic Registry in accordance with Article 6 of the Regulation no. 542/2002 Coll. on the manner and procedure of using an electronic signature in commercial and administrative intercourse in compliance with limitations and using of conditions that are part of the certificate.

3. Fabasoft eSP, version 6.1

     The NSA issued a statement about conformity according to generally binding regulation in 15^th November 2006 in accordance with Article 24, part 7 of the Act no. 215/2002 Coll. on Electronic Signature. The statement was issued on the basis of submitting the application of company Fabasoft Slovakia s.r.o, Panenská 24, 811 03 Bratislava for product certification for the electronic signature „Fabasoft eSP, verzia 6.1“ in 14^th March 2006. 
     Product „Fabasoft eSP, verzia 6.1“ can be used as the Electronic Registry in accordance with Article 6 of the Regulation no. 542/2002 Coll. on the manner and procedure of using an electronic signature in commercial and administrative intercourse in compliance with limitations and using of conditions that are part of the certificate. 
     Product QSign Automatic Services version 1.0 is integrated in this version for electronic documents signed by the Qualified Electronic Signature and for Qualified Electronic Signature Verification.

4. GINIS^® POD, version 3.xx

     The NSA issued a statement about conformity according to generally binding regulation in 12^th January 2007 in accordance with Article 24, part 7 of the Act no. 215/2002 Coll. on Electronic Signature. The statement was issued on the basis of submitting the application of company GORDIC spol. s.r.o., Erbenova 4, 586 01 Jihlava, Czech Republic for product certification for the electronic signature „GINIS^® POD, version 3.xx“ in 30^th August 2006.
     Product „GINIS^® POD, version 3.xx “ can be used as the Electronic Registry in accordance with Article 6 of the Regulation no. 542/2002 Coll. on the manner and procedure of using an electronic signature in commercial and administrative intercourse in compliance with limitations and using of conditions that are part of the certificate.

5. ePO QSign version 2.0
 
     The NSA issued a statement about conformity according to generally binding regulation in 20^th August 2007 in accordance with Article 24, part 7 of the Act no. 215/2002 Coll. on Electronic Signature. The statement was issued on the basis of submitting the application of company Ardaco, a.s., Polianky 5, 841 01 Bratislava, Slovakia for product certification for the electronic signature „ePO QSign version 2.0” in 16^th July 2007.
     Product „ePO QSign version 2.0“ can be used as the Electronic Registry in accordance with Article 6 of the Regulation no. 542/2002 Coll. on the manner and procedure of using an electronic signature in commercial and administrative intercourse in compliance with limitations and using of conditions that are part of the certificate.
       Product QSign Automatic Services is integrated in this version for electronic documents signed by the Qualified Electronic Signature and for Qualified Electronic Signature Verification. The other products certified by the NSA can be also integrated but products must fulfill interface of web service that is defined by producer.

6. D.Reg version 3.0

     The NSA issued a statement about conformity according to generally binding regulation in 15^th December 2008 in accordance with Article 24, part 7 of the Act no. 215/2002 Coll. on Electronic Signature. The statement was issued on the basis of submitting the application of company Ditec, a.s., Plynárenská 7/C, 821 09 Bratislava, Slovakia for product certification for the electronic signature „ D.Reg version 3.0” in 12^th November 2008.
     Product „ D.Reg version 3.0 “ can be used as the Electronic Registry in accordance with Article 6 of the Regulation no. 542/2002 Coll. on the manner and procedure of using an electronic signature in commercial and administrative intercourse in compliance with limitations and using of conditions that are part of the certificate. Products D.Signer-SVR/XAdES and D.Verifier-SVR/XAdES is integrated in this version for electronic documents signed by the Qualified Electronic Signature and for Qualified Electronic Signature Verification. The other products certified by the NSA can be also integrated but products must fulfill interface of web service that is defined by producer.

7. QSign eRegistry version 3.0

      The NSA issued a statement about conformity according to generally binding regulation on 13^th November 2009 in accordance with Article 24 (8) of the Act No. 215/2002 Coll. on Electronic Signature and on the amendment and supplementing of certain acts as amended. The statement was issued on the basis of submitting the request for the conformity assessment of the electronic registry „QSign eRegistry version 3.0” of the company Ardaco, a.s., Polianky 5, 841 01 Bratislava, Slovakia on 29^th June 2009.
       The product „QSign eRegistry version 3.0” can be used as the Electronic Registry in accordance with Article 6 of the Decree No.136/2009 Coll. on the method and procedure of using the electronic signature in business and administrative relations in compliance with limitations and conditions of use that are part and parcel of the statement.
       The product QSign Automatic Services is integrated in this version for signing of electronic documents by Qualified Electronic Signature and for Qualified Electronic Signature Verification. The other products certified by the NSA can be also integrated but these products must fulfill communication interface being defined by producer.

8. gPod version 1.0

      The NSA issued a statement about conformity according to generally binding regulation on 10^th February 2010 in accordance with Article 24 (8) of the Act No. 215/2002 Coll. on Electronic Signature and on the amendment and supplementing of certain acts as amended. The statement was issued on the basis of submitting the request for the conformity assessment of the electronic registry „gPod version 1.0” of the company Gratex International, a.s., Plynárenská 7/b, 821 09 Bratislava, Slovakia on 4^th November 2009.
       The product „gPod version 1.0” can be used as the Electronic Registry in accordance with Article 6 of the Decree No.136/2009 Coll. on the method and procedure of using the electronic signature in business and administrative relations in compliance with limitations and conditions of use that are part and parcel of the statement.
       The product D.Signer/XAdES, D.Verifier-SVR/XAdES is integrated in this version for signing of electronic documents by Qualified Electronic Signature and for Qualified Electronic Signature Verification. The other products certified by the NSA can be also integrated but these products must fulfill communication interface being defined by producer.
