NBU - Fees

     Selected operations that are enumerated in the Act No. 215/2002 Coll. on Electronic Signature and on the amendment and supplementing of certain acts as amended are chargeable and their rate is determined by the Act of the National Council of the Slovak Republic No. 145/1995 Coll. on Administrative Fees (hereinafter referred to only as Fees Act) as amended. In the chapter XX – Electronic Signature of the Administrative Fees Tariff there is determined the following rate of administrative fees:

• submitting the application for accreditation of certification service provider
  663,50 EUR;
• submitting the application for conformity recognition of technical means on electronic signature creation and verification
  331,50 EUR for each product;
• submitting the application for conformity assessment of electronic registry
  331,50 EUR for each product;
• submitting the application for prolonging the validity of certificate for electronic signature being issued on the basis of proceedings for conformity recognition of technical means on electronic signature creation and verification
  165,50 EUR for each certificate prolong.

     The mentioned fee in determined rate is in accordance with § 7 and 8 of the Fees Act necessary to be paid while submitting an application for certification and accreditation (§ 8 of the Fees Act) in ways provided in § 7 of the Fees Act. In the case of realizing the payments by a bank transfer on a bank account use the following information (including a transfer from abroad):

     Recipient: NSA

     Variable symbol: the number of the document used by the NSA to notify the applicant of taking the documentation over and the beginning of an administrative process

     Invariable symbol: 0308 or 0558

     Specific symbol: Identity Number of Organization / Personal Number
