A1 - HSM modul nShield F3 500 Hardware version nC4033P-500 Firmware 2.33.60-3; 2.38.4-3; 2.38.7-3 and higher with the valid FIPS certificate
      The NSA finished the certification process of the product on 12 January 2009. The process was finished on the basis of submitting the application of the company nCipher Corporation Ltd., Jupiter House, Station Road, Cambridge CBI 2JD, UK, England in representation of Mr. Robert Rütgen, Territory Manager Eastern Europe, for the product certification for electronic signature nShield F3 500 Hardware version nC4033P-500 Firmware version 2.33.60 -3 on 1 December 2008 in accordance with Article 24 (7) of the Act No. 215/2002 Coll. on Electronic Signature.
       The NSA finished the certification process of the product on 15 November 2011. The process was finished on the basis of submitting the application of the company Thales-nCipher Corporation Ltd., Jupiter House, Station Road, Cambridge CBI 2JD, UK, England in representation of Mr. Robert Rütgen, Territory Manager Eastern Europe, for the product certification for electronic signature “nShield F3 500 Hardware version nC4033P-500 Firmware 2.33.60-3; 2.38.4-3; 2.38.7-3 and higher with the valid FIPS certificate” on 26 October 2011 in accordance with Article 24 (7) of the Act No. 215/2002 Coll. on Electronic Signature.
       The product can be used for generating and administration of private and public keys (key pairs) for the Electronic Signature creation, especially for signing of issued qualified certificates, the list of revoked qualified certificates and Time Stamps in accordance with the Act. The certificate undertakes to use products with signature schemes which are admissible by legal rules of the Slovak Republic especially by Regulation No. 134/2009 Coll. on Electronic Signature creation and Time Stamp creation and are valid in the time of the Qualified Electronic Signature creation.

A2 - HSM module PrivateServer, Hardvare Version 4.0, Firmware version 4.2
      The NSA finished the certification process of the product on 16 December 2009. The process was finished on the basis of submitting the application of the company První certifikační autorita, a.s., Podvinný mlýn 6/2178, 190 00 Praha 9, Czech Republic for the product certification for electronic signature "HSM module PrivateServer, Hardware Version 4.0, Firmware version 4.2" on 16 November 2009 in accordance with Article 24 (7) of the Act No. 215/2002 Coll. on Electronic Signature.
      The product can be used for generating and administration of private and public keys (key pairs) for the Qualified Electronic Signature creation, especially for signing of issued qualified certificates, the list of revoked qualified certificates and Time Stamps in accordance with the Act. The certificate undertakes to use products with signature schemes which are admissible by legal rules of the Slovak Republic especially by Decree No. 135/2009 Coll. on the creation and verification of the electronic signature and time stamp and are valid in the time of the Qualified Electronic Signature creation.

A3 - HSM modul nShield F3 500e Hardware version nC4033E-500 Firmware version 2.33.82cam3-3
      The NSA finished the certification process of the product on 24 March 2010. The process was finished on the basis of submitting the application of the company Thales-nCipher Corporation Ltd., Jupiter House, Station Road, Cambridge CBI 2JD, UK, England in representation of Mr. Robert Rütgen, Territory Manager Eastern Europe, for the product certification for electronic signature nShield F3 500e Hardware version nC4033E-500 Firmware version 2.33.82cam3-3 on 24 February 2010 in accordance with Article 24 (7) of the Act No. 215/2002 Coll. on Electronic Signature.
      The product can be used for generating and administration of private and public keys (key pairs) for the Electronic Signature creation, especially for signing of issued qualified certificates, the list of revoked qualified certificates and Time Stamps in accordance with the Act. The certificate undertakes to use products with signature schemes which are admissible by legal rules of the Slovak Republic especially by Decree No. 134/2009 Coll. on Electronic Signature and Time Stamp creation and are valid in the time of the Qualified Electronic Signature creation.

A4 - HSM modul nShield F3 6000e Hardware version nC4033E-6000 Firmware version 2.33.82cam3-3
      The NSA finished the certification process of the product on 24 March 2010. The process was finished on the basis of submitting the application of the company Thales-nCipher Corporation Ltd., Jupiter House, Station Road, Cambridge CBI 2JD, UK, England in representation of Mr. Robert Rütgen, Territory Manager Eastern Europe, for the product certification for electronic signature nShield F3 6000e Hardware version nC4033E-6000 Firmware version 2.33.82cam3-3 on 24 February 2010 in accordance with Article 24 (7) of the Act No. 215/2002 Coll. on Electronic Signature.
      The product can be used for generating and administration of private and public keys (key pairs) for the Electronic Signature creation, especially for signing of issued qualified certificates, the list of revoked qualified certificates and Time Stamps in accordance with the Act. The certificate undertakes to use products with signature schemes which are admissible by legal rules of the Slovak Republic especially by Decree No. 134/2009 Coll. on Electronic Signature and Time Stamp creation and are valid in the time of the Qualified Electronic Signature creation.

A5 - HSM module PrivateServer, Hardvare Version 4.7, Firmware version 4.7
     The NSA finished the certification process of the product on 24 October 2011. The process was finished on the basis of submitting the application of the company První certifikační autorita, a.s., Podvinný mlýn 6/2178, 190 00 Praha 9, Czech Republic for the product certification for electronic signature "HSM module PrivateServer, Hardware Version 4.7, Firmware version 4.7" on 25 August 2011in accordance with Article 24 (7) of the Act No. 215/2002 Coll. on Electronic Signature.
    The product can be used for generating and administration of private and public keys (key pairs) for the Electronic Signature creation, especially for signing of issued qualified certificates, the list of revoked qualified certificates and Time Stamps in accordance with the Act. The certificate undertakes to use products with signature schemes which are admissible by legal rules of the Slovak Republic especially by Decree No. 135/2009 Coll. on the creation and verification of the electronic signature and time stamp and are valid in the time of the Qualified Electronic Signature creation.
 

B1 - UniCERT 5.2.1
     The NSA finished a certification process of the product „UniCERT 5.2.1 " on 13 September 2010 in accordance with Article 24 (7) of the Act No. 215/2002 Coll. on Electronic Signature.
     The product UniCERT 5.2.1 can be used for providing of certification services including the certificate administration (especially issuing, verification of period of validity, revocation and archiving of certificates) and providing of services for Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) (especially publication of cerfticate revocation list). 

B2 - OCSPResponder, verzia 1.0
     The NSA finished a certification process of a product in on 11 March 2009. The process was finished on the basis of submitting the application of company Disig, a.s., Záhradnícka 151, 824 08 Bratislava for product certification for the Electronic signature „OCSPResponder version 1.0“ on 19 January 2009 in accordance with Article 24 (7) of the Act no. 215/2002 Coll. on Electronic Signature.
     The product „OCSPResponder version 1.0“ is a software module that can be used for providing of OCSP (Online Certificate Status Protocol).

B3 - Disig TSA Signer, version 1.0
      The NSA finished a certification process of a product on 29 November 2010. The process was finished on the basis of submitting the application of company Disig, a.s., Záhradnícka 151, 824 08 Bratislava for product certification for the Electronic signature „Disig TSA Signer version 1.0“ on 27 October 2010 in accordance with Article 24 (7) Act no. 215/2002 Coll. on Electronic Signature.
      The product „Disig TSA Signer version 1.0“ is intended for Time Stamp issuance.

B4 - Disig CA Signer version 1.1
       The NSA finished a certification process of a product on 30 May 2011. The process was finished on the basis of submitting the application of company Disig, a.s., Záhradnícka 151, 824 08 Bratislava for product certification for the Electronic signature „Disig CA Signer version 1.1“ on 4. April 2011 in accordance with Article 24 (7) of the Act No. 215/2002 Coll. on Electronic Signature.
       The product „Disig CA Signer version 1.1“ can be used for providing of certification services, including the certificate administration (especially for certificate issuance and revocation and for providing of CRL list).

B5 - Disig OCSP Responder version 1.1
       The NSA finished a certification process of a product in on 30 May 2011. The process was finished on the basis of submitting the application of company Disig, a.s., Záhradnícka 151, 824 08 Bratislava for product certification for the Electronic signature „Disig OCSP Responder version 1.1“ on 4. April 2011 in accordance with Article 24 (7) of the Act No. 215/2002 Coll. on Electronic Signature.
      The product „Disig OCSPResponder version 1.1“ is a software module intended for confirming the certificate existence and validity (OCSP- Online Certificate Status Protocol) in on-line verification mode.

B6 - Disig TSA Signer, version 1.1
       The NSA finished a certification process of a product on 30 May 201. The process was finished on the basis of submitting the application of company Disig, a.s., Záhradnícka 151, 824 08 Bratislava for product certification for the Electronic signature „Disig TSA Signer version 1.1“ on 4. April 2011 in accordance with Article 24 (7) Act No. 215/2002 Coll. on Electronic Signature.
       The product „Disig TSA Signer version 1.1“ is intended for Time Stamp issuance.
